Three Print Methods, One Factory
We run three print methods and we'll tell you which one fits your job. Flexographic printing is our workhorse for mid-volume runs. It uses flexible plates and fast-drying inks. Good for 1,000 to 10,000 units. The cost per unit is reasonable and the setup is faster than gravure.
Digital printing is for low volumes and rapid prototyping. No plates, no setup time. If you need 500 bags with a new design next week, digital is the answer. The per-unit cost is higher but there's no plate fee. Great for brands testing new strains or seasonal products.
Rotogravure is the premium method. Engraved cylinders produce the sharpest, most consistent color in the industry. The upfront cost is higher because of cylinder engraving, but above 10,000 units the per-unit cost drops below flexo. If you're doing 50,000 bags of your flagship strain, gravure is the move.
Finishes and Materials
Matte, gloss, soft-touch, metallic, holographic. We do them all. Soft-touch is the premium feel that high-end brands want. It feels like suede. Matte reduces glare and looks clean. Gloss pops colors and catches the eye. We'll recommend based on your brand and your shelf environment.
For the film itself, we offer clear windows, full metalized, and white options. White film gives you the best print vibrancy because the ink sits on a white base. Metalized film gives you the best barrier but colors look different on it. Clear windows let customers see the product but let in UV. Every choice is a tradeoff. We'll walk you through it.
Our MOQ starts at 500 units for digital, 1,000 for flexo, and 10,000 for rotogravure. Turnaround is usually same-day for digital proofs and 7 to 14 days for production depending on the method and volume.
